Believed to be the car used by Alain Menu in the 1994 British Touring Car Championship. It's understood the car was eventually sold to DC Cook as rolling shell for use as a demonstration/show car.
After much time in storage the car was brought by Michael Wilson in 2005, who planned to fit a Clio V6 engine and use it as a track-day car but was unable to finish the project and in Jan 2007 the car was sold to Peter Burchill.
Again the plans involve fitting a road-going engine and gearbox. Once rebuilt it is expected that Ewart Kitson will race it in CSSC Tintop or possibly LMA Eurosaloons.
In Jan 2009 the car was bought by Nick Hill, who intends to rebuild it back to original condition.
