Built in 1995 by MSD for Linder Racing.

Acquired in 1996 by Bill Neuman and run by TC Kline under the Neuspeed banner in the North American Touring Car Championship. Driver Randy Pobst won the championship, taking 5 pole positions, 5 race wins and 14 podium finishes without a single DNF.

In mid-1997 the car was sold to Roberto Quintanilla.
