History
Built for the 1998 British Touring Car Championship, where it was used by Rickard Rydell and Gianni Morbidelli.
In 1999 the car was raced in the Swedish Touring Car Championship by Jan Nilsson and Jens Edman, Nilsson finishing second in the championship.
In 2001 it was sold to Jan Lindblom who used it in the Swedish Touring Car Championship
In 2002 the car was returned to Volvo, restored and presented to Rickard Rydell. Since then it has remained in the Bilsports Museum in Karlskrona.
