History
Built for the 1997 British Touring Car Championship, where it was used by Rickard Rydell and Kelvin Burt.
In 1998 the car was used by Jan Nilsson and Jens Edman in the Swedish Touring Car Championship
1999 - Loaned to Volvo China and driven at Macaus and various Asian races by Henry Lee
2000 - Rebuilt by SportPromotion
2001 - Used as a test car for the Swedish Touring Car Championship, driven by Andreas Boström and Hakan Roos, until it was destroyed in a crash at Knutstorp whilst being driven by Roos
The car was dismantled and the running gear transfered to 97-002
