Built by Rouse Sport in 1993 as a rear wheel drive test mule and tested at Pembrey in that configuration. When the RWD concept was abandoned the car was converted to FWD and used for testing and as a spare shell. It is not know if the car actually raced.
In 1995 the car was converted into a show car in Valvoline livery.
In 2004 the car was re-fitted with running gear and a 2.5l V6 ST200 engine installed with a view to running it as a track-day car, however the build was not completed and in 2007 the car was sold to Craig Owen.
Over the following 3 years the car was extensively rebuilt and fitted with a 2.0l Duratec engine and in 2011 returned to the track at various Classic Touring Car Club events.
